Workshop Cancelation Policy

How do I book a workshop?

Full, cleared payment is required prior to a workshop commencing. To book online check out the dates available and select the workshop you wish to attend, you must select the date and time when prompted to do so to proceed to the booking for. 

 

What if I have a gift voucher?

If you have a gift voucher please select pay in person and add the voucher code in the message box on the booking form. If the voucher does not cover the full amount of the workshop Zara will contact you direct to pay the difference. 

 

What are my payment options?

Full payment is required prior to the workshop date and to secure your place, you can pay at time of booking via paypal. Alternatively you can select pay in person and visit me in the studio to pay by cash or card, post a cheque or do a bank transfer. Please advise us of your preferred payment method at time of booking. 

 

What if I am unable to attend the workshop?

14 days or more prior to the workshop start date: you can transfer to a future workshop free of charge, space permitting or we can offer a refund minus 20% for administrative fees. 

 

Cancellation within 14 days of the workshop start date: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund. You can transfer the place to another person to attend - just let us know of the name change please. 

Alternatively, you can rebook onto a future available workshop date, space permitting. 

 

A full refund will be given if your workshop is cancelled by Zara Emily for any reason, or you can elect to attend an alternative workshop instead, space permitting.
